Bago-ong Guisado

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons lard
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup bago-ong
2 tablespoons native vinegar

Procedure on how to make Bago-ong Guisado:

1. Heat lard.
2. Add chopped garlic and fry until brown.
3. Add bago-ong and stir.
4. Add vinegar and sugar and simmer until done.
